Returns and Exchanges Policy

Colonial Times does not charge a restocking fee however you are responsible for all original shipping and handling charges as well as the return shipping charges. This also applies for items with free shipping. You can return items to our store in person or by mail or courier. Just follow the instructions below to return your items.

For all returns and exchanges, you will need the following:

  1. The original receipts (invoices) from your purchase – for online orders, please login and get your invoice OR call us at 1-800-263-8463 for a copy. 
  2. Original method of payment If PayPal was used, your PayPal account will be credited for the return amount. There are no fees for using PayPal. If your PayPal account is no longer active, please come into the store and speak to an associate or call 1-800-263-8463.
  3. Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer or Colonial Times (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items). 
  4. Your name, address, phone number and signature.  Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.  Contact information provided when the order was placed (name, address, postal code, phone, and email).   
  5. An RGA number. Please call Colonial Times at 800-263-8463 or email us at info@colonialtimes.com for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing or is not in the original packagin, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials, including gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items (e.g. a gift card), may be deducted from the total credit amount. Colonial Times will not credit the original shipping charge or pay return shipping unless the item is deemed defective.
